Amongst toppers during her Graduation and B.Ed Degree from University of Delhi, Dr. Singh is double Masters in English literature and Education. Subsequently she went to do her doctorate in Philosophy (Ph.D) in both these discipline separately. An expert in linguistics due to her excellent command on English as well as Hindi, Dr. Singh has been able to use that effectively due to her Research interest in linguistic errors besides Women Education and Guidance and Counselling. She is an executive member of CTE. She is an RCAC member of NIOS, Rajasthan state. She contributed as convener, editor and course writer in M.A. (Education), B.Ed and BA (Education) and Post Graduate diploma of Guidance and Counselling programmes. Her papers are published in various national and International journals. She delivered lecture to master trainees of D.El.Ed programme run by NIOS. She is actively working in the field of distane education and women related issues. She also, presented lecture on current issues of Education. Further,she participated in many national- international conferences and seminars.
